Instead of Trumpfty Drumpfty having a big fall and having to face accountability, WE are now being sentenced to a 4+ year prison sentence of his making.

He did the crimes, & now we’re doing the time.

The reason I believe Trump dying in office is the best case scenario is that the MAGA cult won’t accept anyone as his successor. They’ll quickly turn on Vance just like they did with Pence and the republicans who value their careers will quickly distance themselves from all the chaos.

Shake off outrage. Yes it will be bad, on so many fronts. Look at it clearly, with calm compassion, and resilience. Anger can motivate, don't deny anger. But shock and awe is a tool they will use to dull your actions. Be prepared. Don't be surprised by the intentional cruelty. There is no shame in retreating, regrouping, if you are overwhelmed. Others will step up. You will not be alone. Small bands of trusted people can do more good than you think. Don't forget the power of song.

Talk Talk. It's so strange the way this gifted singer and songwriter stopped sharing music after the late 90s. Then he died much younger than most.
