As a naturalized US citizen, I consider myself to be vulnerable to deportation by the Trump regime. Even though I am very white, I talk funny, and I dislike authoritarian assholes.
Our current plan is to be free and clear of most of our physical stuff and all property by next Summer. If the US government declares me to be undesirable, we will relocate to the UK.
Got up early, took my meds, walked my two little dogs, cleaned the kitchen, cooked a big omelet to share with my dogs, and logged in here to report. All without even one cup of coffee. How do I do it? ANXIETY!

My friend has an adult daughter, who is 36 and pregnant with her first child. I was chatting with this young mother-to-be and she tells me that the doctor labeled her happy event a "geriatric pregnancy". My reaction was "Whaaat!? Thirty-six is the new twenty-six!" Geriatric my ass. They are really out here making war on women's minds.
