By the logic of the religious freedom suits, that would be entirely legit.

As bikers who often wear leather (jackets, vests, chaps, trousers) for practical and safety reasons, my friends and I have been turned away from some businesses.

The first time it happened to a small group of us at a nightclub, I was put off by it.

Later, we talked about it with each other. It's their roof; their privately owned business; their liquor license. We respected that. Had we been turned away from a gas station or grocery store we might have been forced to insist.
