My sister is on the east coast of FL. She's under an evacuation order and will either go to a relative's sturdier home or try and leave the state.

I told her to evacuate back to upstate New York, because we've never had to evacuate for snow.

We moved in 2022 to a neighborhood with lots of kids, and I thought for sure we'd have a ton of trick-or-treaters. I even had a notebook out to keep count. We had 5 the first year. I almost cried!

We had a steady stream the next year, but still nowhere near what I expected.
