Haven't been on fb or bluebird since Tues night. The withdrawals are finally going away , today I didn't feel like I had that need . I did keep messenger just incase anyone wondered where I disappeared to (since you can delete fb but keep messenger I did) which, no surprise, not one person has messaged me asking. I think that's helped bc if they were "real" friends you'd at the very least think theyd wanna send a dm asking 🤷‍♂️ maybe just me. Who knows. I know I would if I didn't see a post
