What's your favorite subtitled movie?
Mine is The Brotherhood of the Wolf/Le Pacte des Loups
@ThrasherPrime There are a few...
For the feels, Life is Beautiful (Itallian film)
For the scares, A Tale of Two Sisters (Korean film)
For many reasons, Parasite (Korean film)
I'm realising a lot of them are Korean... lol
@ThrasherPrime Brotherhood of the Wolf is very good. It's hard to pick since I watch a fair bit of subtitled stuff, but probably the Rurouni Kenshin movies.
This is a stupendous movie, and if I were in a slightly different mood, I might have suggested "Vidocq", which is also stupendous.
@ThrasherPrime Mostly Martha. (I used to be a cook).

@ThrasherPrime
Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown
@ThrasherPrime 13 days. In Finland all foreign movies are subtitled :)
We use CC in our house, so when they put effort into it, I notice. John Wick had good CC. There's this Eastern European movie that had amazing cc, but for the life of me I can't rember the title 🤦🏻♀️. Sort of vampire type theme to it. Nice effects too, but the CC was worked into the effects and blew me away not being monotype font at the bottom that would get lost in white backgrounds that I usually see.
@ThrasherPrime Shimotsuma Monogatari
but Amelie is lovely
@ThrasherPrime The Seventh Seal
