Sigh. The launch was all good, but the lander’s propulsion system failed. It’s still circling Earth, but landing on the moon isn’t going to happen.

@nealfig I’m just sad for the NASA folks who had to explain why the multimillion dollar lander is now space junk. That puts my disappointment in perspective.

@TheRealDelia I was reminded about the launch when I opened Twitter early today (2:30 am or so). It was the first I'd heard about ULA and Astrobotics. I was hoping that the rest would go off without a hitch.

@nealfig I was so excited. It’s been three years since I sent in my digital file. I’d almost given up thinking it was actually going to happen.

But how many people can say their books were officially LOST IN SPACE?
