Women if you haven't take self defense of some sort asap and start teaching your young girls it as well. They are never to young. This also goes for POC or other minorities.
@TheNewsOwl I agree. I've had two self-defense classes. I don't have a daughter but if I did, she would definitely learn self-defense.

Our two main requirements for our girls:
1. Learn to play an instrument of their choice.
2. Learn to fight and defend themselves.
