Get going! πββοΈπ΄ββοΈπͺ I don't usually brag, but I will admit that I have been gradually trying to lose weight. It has been about a year since I shed 100 pounds.
I now work out five days a week, sometimes even six. The primary motivation is health. As many of you may know, the eldest of my three children is thirty. Along with pregnancy, underlying medical issues also played a role in my weight gain. I'm at my lowest point in about 27 years right now.

Brava!
@TheNewsOwl Keep going! It's worth it!
@homebird Thank you dear friend π§‘
@TheNewsOwl Good for you! For finding the motivation and sticking with it. Getting the gumption to actually DO the thing is often the hard part. Maybe even the hardest.
@GeezerWench So true. I really just want others to know that there are people cheering your steps on even if you may not physically hear the words. We can be inspirational for others.
@TheNewsOwl Yay you!! Building an exercise habit is work!! Thanks for sharing and motivating the rest of us!πͺπ»ππ»β¨
@LPH6 Always wish to help others and see them shine.
It all starts tho with ourselves.
@TheNewsOwl Thatβs awesome! Your persistence and dedication are a great model for others and you are reaping the benefits! Brava!

@TheNewsOwl Woo Hoo! Congrats on your consistency and work! πππππππ
@TheNewsOwl thatβs awesome! I have recently switched up what I do at the gym and itβs paying off. What gets me motivated is some meme I saw where it said something like βstart at working at 50 for the body you want at 60β. I turned 50 a few months ago so that really stuck with me!
@AverageCitizen Awwww, awesome! β€οΈ π€
Thank you for sharing your energy. I cheer for you as well. I adore such positivity.
Since I started going to the gym, I have witnessed a lot of elderly folks becoming healthy and stunning. I grin at it. Seeing so many people with that vibrant, young spirit is encouraging.
Remember that every action taken, no matter how insignificant you personally think it, has an impact on the world and on your life.
