He is.
Fortunately, he won't get elected outside of Florida. The only reason he had such a good showing was bc he personally wrote the redistricting maps, violating the voter enacted Fair Districts Amendment in the process. His map changed the demographics from R16/D12 to R20/D8. There's just too much to summarize:
