I have a lot of unprocessed trauma, and I've decided not to process it and just suppress the heck out of it so I can pretend it does not exist.

Coal put under pressure becomes a diamond. Suppressing the unprocessed trauma seems to be a lot of pressure, ensuring it becomes a diamond.
