Whenever a solid joke idea comes to me in a dream, I make sure to promptly write it down before going back to sleep.
Unfortunately, the “writing it down” part is invariably a dream within a dream.
@TheCard my boyfriend has taken to doing voice recordings on his phone to remember weird dreams and then when he plays them back he sounds like the funniest drunk person telling a story. I love it.
