I had hoped that being able to breathe through my nose yesterday was a sign that my allergies were on holiday break.
@LnzyHou Thank you! I’ll make sure to give that a try! Over the last few years, my allergies have become completely unmanageable - to the point where it feels like I have a perpetual cold.
My son sends it from the PA health food store where he is IT Mgr. He uses it religiously too.
Burns like a bitch but you adjust. Actually like it now.

This spray is made with oregano oil. It bites but really works. I use it daily.
