Nuyoricans at my local bodega are saying they've learned Trump is going to contest their right to vote as Americans if he loses the election and that if he does actually get in, he'll take voting rights away from PR's who have residency in the US so they're no longer a political threat to him. (Puerto Ricans with residency in the PR cannot vote).
Searching online and can't find anything can anyone corroborate this?
@TheAbbotTrithemius I'm not aware of anything explicit, but it appears to be a common attitude among MAGA that Puerto Ricans, along with just about anyone who isn't them, aren't "really American". I don't think the worry is unreasonable, even if the rumor is otherwise baseless. If he wins, nobody without enough money for a sizable private army is safe.
