Hat tip to @TheAbbotTrithemius for putting this up earlier and I'm bumping it.

So yes, "my beautiful Christians please vote, just this once and you won't have to again" (DJT still stuck in his delusion that nutjob fundies don't vote? That was so late '70s) in juxtaposition with his repeated comments to other groups like "We have the votes, we don't need more votes" etc. Which she shows...

Combined with the RS article about election deniers in swing-state polling offices...

Everyone's warning lights should be blinking red, Kamala excitement notwithstanding.

What happens when people's "warning light" start to "blink red"?

And what are these scofflaw election officials going to do when the Department of Justice lands on them with both feet and sues them for delaying legitimate certifications to swing an election?

There are close to three months between Election Day and the Inauguration. You suppose the people whose votes get stolen by these idiots are going to just sit around, sucking their thumbs and crying?

Don’t forget, most thought the TS documents case was a slam-dunk. Trump appointed operative Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed it on a flawed technicality and SC Thomas’s footnote interference.

We thought the insurrection case was very strong, SCOTUS Trump operatives responded with vast retroactive immunity for Trump.

The DOJ is stymied in both instances.

Well, the fact is that the case IS a slam dunk, and the further fact is that Cannon is going to get her ass kicked for incompetence on appeal.

The effects of the immunity ruling on the insurrection case remain unknown at this point, the judge is considering the matter. Let the judge do her job.

The terrorists seem to be winning with you, but not with me.

"Top Trump advisors" can say that the Law of Gravity's been repealed and the Moon is made of Gruyere, but that doesn't affect reality any.

@TheAbbotTrithemius @InUnfunky

Just so we're all on the same page, the "technicality" that Cannon dismissed the case on flies in the face of about half a century of settled law, and several Supreme Court precedents.

There's nothing even slightly controversial, much less "unconstitutional", about the Attorney General appointing special prosecutors.

Trump had his Attorney General appoint John Durham as a special prosecutor.
