That paragraph that begins "When a coup against a Democratic regime happens and it's not punished..." is chilling.
Because if that's a barometer of the failure of rule of law and the success of authoritarianism/fascism, we're not doing too well.
AssNeck has been successful at delaying, threatening, flexing his power with SCOTUS, Congress and lower level courts to reduce everything to crawl almost 4 years later.
