There is an epic article I'm reading about Japanese #horology and the absolute BRILLIANCE that is the Credor Minute Repeater ... and as much as I'm DROOLING to share it, I know that there is not enough room to explain how genius, how intricate, and how amazing this design is. It's complicated. It is beyond complicated ...

TRUTH.
Iโm averse to finding out what they cost. Sounds like incredible engineering. Good watches are amazing. I wonder if anyone is trying to use these movements in unison with microchips. Like if the movements were also microchips!!
/Head explodes
I get it. Wondering purely on a thinking level. Luxury, money hierarchy, stuff doesn't mean much to me.
@TheAbbotTrithemius who needs microchips when you have spring drive decimal minute repeaters ๐
@TheAbbotTrithemius I don't share epicness like this because it's affordable. ๐ I share it because its absolutely outstanding and a brilliant example of horological design featuring the work of the OLDEST blacksmiths in the world. It is an amazing timepiece ... it's art ... beyond art even. It's for admiring and learning everything you can about the genius it takes to craft one. Not to look at the price. โค๏ธ
