Thinking through this, would Garland and Wray and the Biden admin risk it for something minor and BS in nature in order to suddenly give Trump the national spotlight again and give him what he does best, which is to spin this fascist myth that he's a "victim" of a political "witch hunt" and of a vast deep state conspiracy that "he alone" is battling?
I just DO NOT see it. Not Biden, his people, Garland and the DOJ prosecutors would touch this with a 500 foot pole.

I must confess, sometimes my wishful thinking gets the best of me, but damn if the things I think would justify this action is either a smoking gun for fomenting the J6 insurrection or....
