D: Rowland V. Lee. Basil Rathbone, Boris Karloff, Bela Lugosi. Third in the series (after BRIDE) finds late doctor's son attempting to clear family name by making the Monster "good." Gripping and eerie with expressionist cinematography and wonderfully bizarre sets and Lugosi's finest performance as evil, broken-necked blacksmith Ygor. Karloff's last appearance as the Monster.
Good stuff. Totally killer.
