@safesecs Going Pro unlocks additional features which are really quite awesome, but for me, the decision was more about wanting to support the efforts of the creator and to help sustain a place that I find far, far better than the bird site both in content and community. Not unlike public radio, "giving back" is what keeps something of value stay present.

I don't know about you, but I could feel the bot-free difference almost immediately.
