I keep seeing variations of the criticism “the Dems aren’t fighting! If they don’t fight, they deserve to lose!”, but I don’t really see anything beyond that. We don’t control the media and don’t have the equivalent of a propaganda channel like FOX. Does anyone have any vision of what form “fighting harder” takes? I need something clearer than “better messaging”. Can they explain it me? I’m sincerely asking this question and would be delighted to hear an answer.

@Hyporeality Thanks for re-posting McQuade's thread here as I must have missed it in bird land. It's just too hard to believe that Garland isn't doing anything given all that is in the public domain.
@TessNam you’re welcome! If Garland isn’t doing anything, it would be the worst blunder in the history of the DOJ. I don’t think that’s the case.
@Hyporeality With you on that. Also don't think Biden would have appointed him if he thought all the shit in the previous 4 years would be swept aside.
@TessNam I think everyone is reasonably gun shy after Mueller. Mueller was a by-the-book straight shooter who got outflanked by snakes like Barr. I think people worry he may be another Mueller who’s consulting the baseball rulebook while the other team is braining his team with their bats.
