How you know CoSo is gaining popularity: the amount of random bots and trolls seems to be on the rise (though I have no metrics to support this supposition). πŸ˜‚

My thoughts about the recent Pax Dei Wilderness Alpha test that ended this morning. As it's rather lengthy, I moved it to Google Docs.

It's a put the hair in a ponytail and slap a hat on kinda day. Now to tame this blasted beard.

Nite 'Nauts! Got an early day tomorrow, need to wake up early to get started on the Pax Dei test, then get mini_Syn to school, back home for more playtesting, and maybe a SANS lab if I can squeeze an extra hour or three out of the day, hahaha.

@DyDave Hah, I mean... it's a textbook example of "Tell me you don't understand compliance, without telling me you don't understand compliance."

And if he thought the EU was the boogie man, wait 'til he discovers that Aussie law has sharp teeth as well. ;)

Meh, they should bounce and go watch some twitch.tv/findtherabbit or something, maybe it'll help them chill the F out.

May your evening be the start of a beautiful Monday Morning!

War is bad. I believe most soldiers and combatants (whether voluntary or involuntary) would agree with that premise, especially those that have personally stared into the abyss.

But I am utterly sick and tired of those that are condemning others (especially Israel) for conflicts they know nothing about, save what they've seen in their social media feeds or biased U.S. media.

Before throwing stones, how 'bout we address the ~3600 kids killed by guns in the U.S. in 2021?

@BillieBun Sorry, not interested in playing the "what-about-ism" game. Politicians on both sides of the aisle have given enormous subsidies to a variety of business entities over the years, for a variety of reasons.

I'm also not sure how you think that relates to the opinion piece I linked that you're responding to.

@BillieBun @th3j35t3r Meanwhile, the bot farmers will continue to do their thing, and simply use stolen credit card / compromised PayPal accounts to fund it. πŸ‘€

@th3j35t3r ...so he fired most of the content management teams, policy, and security experts to save money, and the only way to curb bots he could come up with is by charging for post interactions?

The people that are stupid enough to fall for that one deserve whatever Xitter does to them.

I hope to goodness we get meaningful data privacy laws in the U.S. soon, 'cause my first act will be to verify that the data I previously requested be removed, was in fact deleted (uh-huh, yeah right).

Truth, I wonder how much that Apple Music deal went right to his head/ego?

And 1,000, no 10,000% agree on Thin Lizzy!!

Well put. Roger Waters and Eric Clapton are probably the two biggest for me. They'll always be amazing talents and I'll still listen to Cream, Derek & the Dominos, and Pink Floyd, but I just couldn't reconcile that with their recent public stances.

Excellent opinion piece that says what I've been thinking more and more, but expresses it far better than I ever could.

@sloudermilk Have you met any of his cult members recently? 😜
