@Swayne CNN is reporting that there is military aircraft traffic in the vicinity of the balloon and may be waiting for it to leave land before taking it down. Makes since in a way if they want to capture it intact as much as possible. And I'm sure they do. CNN is also reporting another balloon that has passed over Costa Rica and Columbia in Latin America
