The REAL indictment today is of America, where the first person to hold Trump accountable in his entire privileged life is a porn star, someone we as a society largely look down on with contempt, instead the cowards in $5000 suits who purport to be in charge of this country.
It wasn't some "law and order" Senator Patriot with a fancy law degree from Harvard and a truck full of guns standing in front of a forest of American flags.

To be fair, several have tried. The judicial system favors the ones who can pay for the best lawyers (not that he actually paid🙄) and have the time to drag the case out.
But you’re absolutely correct in that the upper suit class haven’t don’t their jobs or he’d have had consequences long before this.
