Idea: A Federal Law that mandates any airline that fails to meet its contracted obligation in a prompt and efficient manner, must provide quality food, lodging, and entertainment for all stranded passengers AT THE CEO'S HOUSE AT HIS/HER PERSONAL EXPENSE.
@Stonekettle At my last major holdup, they generously wheeled over a cart of cheap snacks. As you can imagine, it was of great comfort at 3am.
@Stonekettle As with all things, unless there is direct accountability by those in decision-making roles, nothing gets done.
@Stonekettle Greg Abbott can line up the buses. He knows someone who can make a buck off someone else's grievous circumstances. I am sure there are kickbacks involved.
