Robert Mueller's testimony begins now. But Mueller isn't going to say anything that's not in the report. If you're expecting him to do anything other than toss the ball right back at congress to take action, you're going to be disappointed.

No matter WHAT Mueller says, the responsibility for actually DOING anything about it rests with the House.

And the House isn't going to do a fucking thing. They've made that clear.
