With that same notion, Iran has a right to respond if it's attacked, so it's a vicious never ending circle of death with no way out.
@Tee_Lynn I think so, i'm in Quebec where Helene is a popular French name. In French, it sounds like "Heh-len" which is why "I think" we pronounce it English with more of a "lane" then a "leen" at the end.
Ok so we all pronounce Helene differently depending on where we are it seems. We probably say it different here because we try to make it sound like the French name. That's my guess anyways. I'm not even trying to back myself up with facts. >:)
