Daytime naps should be normalized for everyone. It really isn't fair that you're seen as lazy for taking one unless you're a baby or retired.

@Stevo short naps are encouraged in some places, especially tech industries. But anything that falls outside the 'norm' is looked down on. I'm retired now, but a company I worked for for 2 decades had 'flex' time (and unpaid OT) but if I came in after 9 am they'd put it on my review even though I'd stay at least 8 hrs plus lunch.

@TrueBloodNet Yeah, I think Spain and Italy are big on naps too. It's apparently healthier for our brains according to some reads.
I hear you for the time check. Everything we do "extra" goes unnoticed and then they nag on that stuff.
