I'm just a Canadian who probably doesn't understand most of what's going on with the whole Florida/Disney thing, but doesn't Florida need Disney? Isn't it like of their, if not their greatest tourism attraction? Play devil's advocate and tell me what DeSantis' end goal with DIsney is here?
@Stevo If I were the Governor of Georgia, I’d be making a sweetheart deal in order to both a) lure the largest tourist attraction in the US to my state and B) tag Ronnie with “guy who lost Disney” ahead of his Presidential primaries.

He wants to be president in a fascist way, so he's showing the world what kind of a person he is.
He's not pandering to voters - fascists don't allow voting. He's pandering to Russian, Saudi, Chinese, and whatever other billionaires there are out there who are looking for the next meal ticket in America. This isn't about nationality, it's about power and wealth.
