Some people have a "scene", Baldy tries to buy his way in, they don't like him because he's a JERK and tell him to fuck off, he buys the park because he's a JERK, and they STILL tell him to fuck off.
He's not doing shit with the park. He's not even keeping them OUT of the park. He just wants to be able to tell them it's HIS park when they thumb their noses at him.
What an asshole.
