How many Republicans in Congress AREN'T retiring all of a sudden?

@LnzyHou from this I can piece together a few things:
1) They expect to loose the House.
2) They don't want to deal with their colleagues.
3) They're not sure enough they'll win 2024 and don't want to be around either way.
4) They expect things to get worse in the House and the GOP.
