Well I made chicken and dumplins for the first time yesterday, I usually just boil a whole chicken with onion, celery and carrots and then add egg noodles, but this time I actually made dough and rolled it out and everything. It's delicious but my noodles are a bit too thick and tough for my liking.

@StephanieResists: That usually happens when I make it as well. Well, the first time I tired making everything myself, my dumplings partially disintegrated. LOL

@thedisasterautist I was partially following an online recipe I found, and it called for the noodles to be rolled out to about 1/8 inch thick, that's too damned thick. Lesson learned!
