@StephanieResists someone dumped a Siamese?
@redenigma Appears so. He's been showing up here multiple times per day and bellowing like they do for a female. He doesn't appear to be neutered because I see him spraying on everything in my yard. Skittish and seen coming and going from under my she-shed, the same place all the strays find and choose as the safe spot to sleep. There's also a raccoon fam, a opossum and an armadillo that lives under the ole she-shed. lol
@StephanieResists actually all cats spray to mark territory, even spayed females... but the face does look male. most dumped cats are a little skittish. they're scared.
(no skunks under the shed?)
@redenigma Have yet to see a single skunk here. Been here since 2017.
@StephanieResists my malamute used to have a pet skunk. we had skunks under one (or both, i'm not sure) sheds. they used to use the cat holes to come into the chicken shed to eat with the cats.
one year the mother skunk got hit by a car. my malamute found one of her babies, about 4/5 weeks old & moved it into his doghouse. he'd pick it up & put it in his raised food dish to eat.
the skunk left when winter hit (probably under the sheds) but would come back every summer to visit the dog
@redenigma Love that. Animals are pure
@redenigma I like them as well. I always wanted a pet skunk. Such characters
@StephanieResists even descented skunks smell musky. they're really cute though.
