I found these in the menu but it looks like they are turned off. I am just annoyed by it because I can't hardly see the photo behind it to know whether or not I want to delete it.

@StephanieResists Do you have setup access from a PC to the camera? If so, you can create the basic info such as your copyright - something like "© StephanieResists 2022, all rights reserved".

It looks like it's putting you into an edit mode after each shot. That should be a function you can disable. Any info in the manual? (You did RTFM, right? 😂 😂 😂 )

@Bubblehead 🤣 at RTFM yes I did read through it although it's like reading a foreign language to someone who doesn't understand things like ISO, peaking, EVF, etc. What I will tell you, is that I have discovered that Nikon does not have many resources online for help.

@StephanieResists Well, that bites. Given their standing in the DSLR world, you'd think they'd be more helpful. My digital cams are the FC6310 on my drone, my ancient Minolta Maxxum 5D, and whatever Samsung crams in my current phone (says it's a 64mp cam, but I don't believe it.)

Have you looked for a help forum? They'd likely have better specific answers than I can give.

@Bubblehead That's what I'm looking for. I generally find people just as lost as I am. Everything I've done searches for really hasn't yielded any good results.

@StephanieResists This is a pretty good site for an explanation of the basic terms of digital cameras and photography. Might help, at least with getting a grasp on how a function effects the photo.
