Why did Adam Frisch concede before the recount?

@StephanieResists Maybe he didn't want to be petty and drag it out or call for recount after recount after recount. Would his appointment have flipped the house? Hard to say.

@Turial someone just said that they are doing a recount, I just don't see the sense in conceding before that's complete. I guess if it turns out that he in fact won, that his concession is irrelevant?
