It is random, sometimes it stays for a short time, other times I have to close it out. I know it has to be some kind of program.

no it's a computer issue and it's driving me crazy. I think it's a new command prompt program. I'm not that literate on computers but I can type in it.

Can someone help me? I keep getting the blue command prompt type box popping up. I don't know what it is called nor how to stop it.
