Dianne Feinstein, 90, has given power of attorney to her daughter Katherine Feinstein, 66. The younger Feinstein is using it to sue fellow co-trustees over mismanagement of her home / estate.
Dianne, however, is still a sitting fucking senator.

@LindaGoodliffe it's Pelosi. She's pulling strings to hold the seat open for Schiff since he wouldn't win a special election if she resigned.
@JPSCHWEIZER63 only once the seat is vacated and without a recall mechanism, that's not happening except via natural causes.
Which would be horrendous - literally worked to death for politics.
