@Smersh of course not. The WTF is that the innocence project or some such folk haven't at least looked at this case and decided that a vociferous defense isn't warranted.

@GreenPaladin because it hasn't even gotten that far, Innocence Project works on freeing wrongfully convicted people. This guy hasn't even had a chance to get a verdict! Totally fucked.
