HBO Max subscription goin up a buck next month
this is the one streaming service for which my demand is basically inelastic...but don't tell them that 🤫

They cancelled The Nevers which was pretty much their only new show that I enjoyed and I've watched their back catalog multiple times. 🤷♂️

I guess it's largely personal preference...HBO just makes shows I like...off the top of my head, I'd consider Succession, White Lotus, Euphoria, Barry, Hacks, Harley Quinn, and Industry all to be somewhere on the list of best shows around right now
and I prefer their documentaries to Netflix

why is my demand inelastic? cuz I like pretty much all of their original programming, which I def cannot say for Hulu/Netflix/Prime
I also have basically every streaming service except paramount+...if I had to start cancelling em, HBO would be the last to go...it was also the first service I subbed, basically when it launched as HBO Now in 2015...I didn't get any other streaming services until 2020
