My first try with this sourdough in a loaf pan recipe... waiting for it to cool.
@tgraph52 Beautiful! I love it. My last few sourdough loaves have been in a loaf pan. Just seems to be a lot easier.
It seems the only real difference between this and freeform loaves is the time & temp in the oven.
So I could use the recipe I'm more familiar with and then bake @ 390 for 45 min instead of higher temps and a dutch oven.
@tgraph52 I've kept the same temp and timing 500 for 25 minutes and then 450 for 15 minutes but I put a pyrex container of boiling water in for the first 25 minutes to create some steam. One of the recipes I read called for a lower temp but I haven't tried it yet
