A white person just asked me if I was Okay because I am addressing racism.

That's how it is.

@Shelter I've been tempted to ask if you are okay, but not because you're addressing racism, but because it's clear you're really pissed, and feel gaslighted and attacked, and I'd ask almost anyone if they were okay.

I also ask people if they're okay when I see they've gotten a black eye. I don't assume they're the one who put it there.

It's not because I'm asking you to justify your feelings, it's because it looks like what you went through actually sucks.

Racism sucks.

I'm actually fine.
Because I don't give a single thought about whether or not I'm liked on social media, and I have kids that I have to raise to be anti-Racist.
I'm Disappointed.
But I'm okay.
