Wendy left, not one of her workers has taken the high position on the nest, but they are defending it still.
Northern Paper Wasps are being pushed out of their habitats by European Paper Wasps, so I am very happy this little nest is surviving.
Remember- pollinators doesn't just mean honeybees and butterflies.
Did You Know-
The primary pollinators for tomato plants are bumblebees because they can vibrate at a velocity strong enough to shake the pollen free?
If your tomato plants are low yield there likely aren't enough bumblebee visits.
