Tonight was what what we call Leftover Protein Ramen.
Leftover grilled chicken, diced, chonked green cabbage, Vidalia onion, and matchstick carrots stir-fried in canola oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper tossed with cooked ramen noodles and its seasoning packet.
It's 4 servings for about $1.50 - $2 each.
