A Starbucks grande Peppermint Mocha has 63g of Carbohydrates, 54g of that is added sugars. The Impossible Breakfast Sandwich is 36g of Carbohydrates.

Before 9am this morning I have consumed 90% of my total daily saturated fats and 100g of Carbs. As delicious as the coffee was, these numbers are pretty disgusting. Dont think I will be getting this as a breakfast option going forward.

@Serghoustonj once I learned about the amount of total & added sugars in specialty coffee drinks I swore to not drink them because the idea of that amount of sugar consumption from one item was nauseating.

@annamuneca thats basically where I am at right now with these seasonal coffee drinks. Once I looked up the nutrition facts, I just feel kinda grossed out about it now lol

@Serghoustonj it's the right play, but that impossible breakfast sandwich scratches an itch for egg McMuffin type fast food better than anything else I have seen. Which probably should tell me something about its health quality.

@ciarvella yea, I actually dont think its a terrible sandwich. But knowing now just how much sugar/carbs comes with that doesnt sit right with me
