No matter how much rest or disconnection I have from the chaos, I still find myself mentally exhausted. Anyone else?

@Tacitus_Kilgore At times I do. I'm going through some stuff right now and I just want it to be over with. I guess I need to have more patience and keeping busy really helps me plug along.
@SeekWhatsRight Same here. Either I was extremely naïve when I was a younger man or there's just so much more to deal with these days.
