I don't have any year end wisdom, nor New Year pronouncements. I do have a broom, a mop, and hard wood floors to clean. This seems very appropriate to me. Not just the ritual of maintenance, and cleaning. But the task orientation of doing rather than talking about doing. This time of year is filled with lists, resolutions, and reflections. Yet the future is built on right actions, and right intentions. I read of hope, of good wishes, and of dreams. But it don't get the floors clean.

I just watched Guardians Of The Galaxy Holiday Special.
It's literally the best Christmas special I've watched this holiday season. Missed it when it debuted in 2022. It really spoke to me, to the point that I had tears in my eyes after the final scene.
I'm admittedly a GOTG nut. Did not expect this.
Who's being held to account for #J6 (for the most part)? Nobodies. Brainwashed cultists who Trnmp convinced to believe the Big Lie. Who will never be held to account? Trnmp himself and the architects of the insurrection. Watch in 2024. Yeah, I'm a pessimist. Been given no reason to think otherwise.
