The real oddness is his designating Harris & Buttigieg as childless when both are parents.

I knew somebody who went through some twenty or thirty aliases, but then they had some serious social adjustment issues, a need to distance themselves from their past, a dysfunctional relationship with the truth, and a probable record of fraud (though I can't prove the last).
Vance though I gather just had a chaotic childhood.
Gerald Rudolph Ford was born Leslie Lynch King, Jr., so I assume he also had repeated name changes.
