For people applying for jobs, are you putting on a cover letter with your application? As a recruiter, I don't look into cover letters but with a lot of competition, is it necessary or it's just comfort zone for recruiters and hiring managers? #cosojobs

@tracytran A short (emphasis, *short*) cover letter should convey personality, and highlight soft skills that a dispassionate resume can not.
