I am having an incredible first year with my new company. My anniversary is coming up.
I was praised by a Director this week for my work on a huge technical problem during a huge technical meeting. No doubt my successes have already bubbled up to the CxO.
I've gotten cash bonuses both annual and performance. And my brand is well established--as built.
I don't want a promotion. I'm always good with mo' money. I just am building value to survive a few down sizings. 😂

I deal with annoying construction sounds every day. I can find ear plugs or headphones.
Now the demolition work begins Thursday...which is also when our son returns from California.
We will be down to one restroom. It will be crowded and noisy.

When we bought this house, I called it the "Alice in Wonderland" house because of how weird the proportions were. The angles of the home are imperfect because our hillside home tilts.
It will get a new name when I am done.

At every site, when I like a door and then go to select size...30 x 120" is just not available.
Our neighborhood is all about security.
The door we have now has too much glass which lets in light and heat, plus it's tired.
I want the front door to convey *fortress*. I'll be using my door hardware (in and out) that I had made and shipped from Ukraine. Photos included.

Our front double doors add up to 120" x 60".
It's been a PITA finding a replacement online. Sure custom makers are easy to find but no one has one online?
