I love this 46 mm size. When I get an email I can actually read it's content.

To begin with, everything else I have is Samsung. Frame TVs. Kitchen appliances etc.

I wanted to go all Pixel but for the camera this has proven #Mehtaststic. The Pixel tablet is ok. So I have traded in my Pixel phone and watch for the S24 Ultra and Watch Ultra.

It's like upgrading from a Toyota to an S-Class. You get the premium feel right from the beginning.

Over the weekend, we watched Axel F.

It was sad to watch.

My boss asked, "Are you flipping the house?"

For over three years, I've been improving, repairing, and remodeling the home to look the way *it should*.

"It's a LONG flip," I responded.

Like my work.

I arrive. I improve, repair and remodel and then I move on to the next employer.

And this will be my last remodel and I hope, last employer.

I will post before/after photos when ready.

We went with a designer/remodeler/construction company familiar with the tastes of our neighborhood. We had him frame out the most popular looks and choices.

In others words, we *did not* go bespoke as much as "mainstream sellable".

After this, I will finish out the basement into the exercise room, replace the 10' double front doors and remodel the garage for the kind 'o car that should be parked there.

Well, I am going to have an exciting week. I have to be out of the house most of the week for work--which ALSO coincides with the start of demo on Tuesday for the home remodel. Yeah, and writing that check too. 😛

By the end of the week, our laundry room and master bath will be remodeled to join other rooms which have been updated.

I will finally be getting my hallway and door opened up from the master bedroom to the study like it originally was designed and built.
